Job Description

Business development: 1. Technical Review of customer enquiries – capability assessment, product selection, etc 2. Customer Interaction for finalization of Specifications and Design 3. Sourcing Support to Purchase team 4. Product Design, Prototyping 5. Follow-up for Product Approvals by customers 6. Providing inputs for website and other publications when required Product Lifecycle Management: 1. Production Support – Process Flow Charts, Work Instructions, Drawings, BOMs, Technology Transfer to Operations team. 2. Tool & Jig Development 3. Design Documentation, ERP Updations 4. Design Change Management 5. Cost Reduction ideas 6. Technical Support to Customers and Operations Team Quality Management: 1. Implementing new standards and customer requirements as and when required. 2. Periodic reviews of products against UL, RoHS, REACH and other statutory compliances, maintenance of associated documentation
