Address client concerns and objections. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve sales targets. Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals. Provide regular sales reports to the management team. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify business opportunities. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams. Travel: Travel to client locations within the assigned territory. Requirements: Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Knowledge of the industry and product/service offerings. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
