Should have complete knowledge in any of the categories being handled in Tiles, Sanitary, Bath Fitting, Electricals, and Paints. 4. Ensure he/she always greets, treats and attends to all customers with a lot of respect as per our culture. 5. Should have very good speaking, explaining, making quotations, judging the customer and be Active and Smart looking. 6. Customer complaint resolution. 7. Ensure payment collections from customers as per the set sale. 8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service through sales closure. 9. Handling complete store sales and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
